By accessing or using healthnutrichoice.com, you accept these terms. If any of them is a dealbreaker, the kindest move is to stop using the site — no hard feelings, and no lock.
This site exists to introduce our services and share general health education. You agree to use it lawfully and considerately: no attempting to break, disrupt or probe it; no impersonating anyone; no scraping our content wholesale; and no using our name, logo or materials to misrepresent affiliation with us.
Everything here — blog posts, service descriptions, general wellness copy — is provided for information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment for you specifically, and reading this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Only a proper consultation with a qualified professional can produce advice tailored to your body and history.
Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical problem, contact your clinician; if something feels urgent or dangerous, call your local emergency number immediately. This website is not monitored around the clock for emergencies, and treating it as one could be harmful.
The text, artwork and design of this site belong to Health Nutri Choice or our partners. We're glad for you to share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with credit; rebranding our material as your own is a firm no. Claims of infringement should reach us via the contact details on our contact page.
Pages here may link to outside resources or load technical assets from content delivery networks. We don't control those parties, and a link is not an endorsement. You follow such links at your own discretion, under their own terms.
Messages you send through our forms are answered as quickly as we reasonably can, but the forms are not an emergency channel and they are not encrypted patient portals — please keep sensitive health records out of them. Newsletter sign-ups are managed under the terms of our Privacy Policy, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe page.
We maintain this site with the same care we bring to the clinic, but it is provided "as is" — without a warranty that it will always be available, error-free, or perfect on every device. We may update, pause or retire features whenever it makes sense, and we'll keep these terms aligned with reality.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Health Nutri Choice is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general content. What we are responsible for is the care we deliver in our practice — and we take that part extremely seriously.
